Quick lunch idea - chinese style buckwheat noodles and salad

Fast food needn't be junk food. There are some very quick and easy to make meals, but often it's thinking of them that's the trouble. So my plan is to keep a section on quick, easy, healthy, lunches.

Chinese style noodles 

1 'cake' of ramen buckwheat noodles
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 talespoon of oyster sauce
1 tsp chinese 5 spice

Prepare the noodles as per the pack instructions, drain, stir in the other ingredients. I buy King Soba buckwheat ramen noodles and the pack says to simmer them but I find the texture much nicer if I simply soak them in boiled water for 5 minutes then drain.
Serve with a salad of your choice. Today, mine is mixed green leaves, sliced radishes, and carrots.
